Canyon Road Development is thoughtfully divided into seven distinct tracts, each with its own purpose and character:
Tract One: Commercial Hub The first track has already reached initial plot approval and is progressing toward final plot. This commercial center will feature a truck stop, hotel, restaurants, medical facilities, and potentially a grocery store, serving as the development's gateway and providing essential services.
Tract Two: Transitional Zone Behind the commercial hub lies a planned transitional area designed to create a harmonious progression between different sections of the development. This thoughtfully conceived buffer zone will contribute to the overall cohesiveness of the Canyon Road community.
Tract Three: Residential Core The initial residential development is planned to include approximately 900 apartments in total. Tracts Two, Four & Five: Future Residential Areas The remaining acreage surrounding the multifamily zoned land is envisioned for residential development. Preliminary engineering concepts suggest these areas could accommodate approximately 343 single-family homes and townhomes, subject to final planning and approval processes.
