Chris Mooney began his career in Finance specializing in the Technology, Media & Telecommunications sector, working in both New York and Boston. Chris and his partners have developed comprehensive winning corporate strategies with significant shareholder value enhancements focused on companies such as IBM, Nextel, Virgin Media, RCN and Sirius/XM Satellite Radio. These strategic efforts crossed all functions, including product strategy, marketing channels, sales, I/T, networks, back office and all overhead support groups, and were focused on driving efficiency and revenue growth.
This experience in business and the world of asset management and banking would prove to be invaluable to a new venture, Cobble Creek Builders North America, Inc., a real estate investment and development company focused in Westchester & Suffolk counties in New York. The initial area of investment moved from high-end custom building to acquiring poorly managed and struggling real estate assets in otherwise prosperous areas with all-cash offers via equity contributions, adding significant value to the properties, and then marketing them in a very focused and specific way to get the asset sold quickly and at a high rate of return. Chris and his partners’ portfolio consisted of over $50 Million of property in Westchester, NY, and $30 Million in Southampton, NY.
Chris then established Cider Moon Investment Group LLC to bring his experience in business and real estate to help drive the value of residential & commercial real estate investments for his partners, investors, and communities. CMIG now has a portfolio of Multi-Family and Development properties in Georgia, North Carolina, Wyoming, Texas, Tennessee, Louisiana and Alabama.
Chris earned his undergraduate degree in Finance from the University of Notre Dame and holds an M.B.A. from the W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University.
Sean has been active in real estate since 2011 when he first started researching and studying the subject while looking for his first deal. He purchased his first multifamily building (triplex in the Bronx, NY) in February 2012, and has been committed to the company's growth and success since. He has been responsible for cultivating the firm's strong relationships via its field partners, private investors and real estate professionals. In the eight years since his first investment, Sean has closed on thirty-nine multifamily and residential redevelopment projects.
At the same time, starting with the initial capital of $14,500, he has acquired over 4,200 apartments that have an estimated current re-sale value of approximately $550,000,000. His current portfolio of properties is currently located in: Atlanta & Savannah GA, Clarksville, Knoxville, & Murfreesboro TN, Baton Rouge LA, Montgomery, AL, Austin & Fort Worth, TX, Charlotte & Winston-Salem, NC and Kemmerer, WY. Sean started SNC Investment Partners, in 2014 with his wife and partner, Nicola McCusker. They started the company because they wanted to take their strengths and abilities and use it to help friends, family and associates benefit from the financial possibilities that real estate investing can provide.
Sean is very active in construction management having been involved in noteworthy projects such as the Oosten, a $300 million new residential development project consisting of 218 units in Williamsburg, Brooklyn, NY. Other notable projects include a ground-up development for a high-end luxury condo apartment building in Scarsdale, NY, EMS stations, NYPD stations, FDNY stations, and electrical & security upgrades in the UN Headquarters in NYC. Sean has been able to combine and utilize the knowledge he has gained from his construction career and leverage it in the real estate projects that he is involved with. The knowledge gained from his prior career has served him well with his apartment redevelopment., hotel to multifamily conversion projects and office building to multifamily developments.

Marks passion is to steer the firm on the leading edge of real estate. A clear example Germain founded 18 Squared Tactical Fund in 2011, a U.S. based private equity real estate fund, which invests in multifamily, commercial properties, as well as opportunity zones. The fund has owned and sold in concert with other sponsors over 7,000 multifamily units.
Formal training, education and experience with professionals in the real estate industry allows Mark and his investors to invest as a general partner or limited partner in individual projects throughout the country. He also has formed three separate Opportunity Zone Funds (QOF’s)
As a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional with over 30 years of wealth management experience and as previous CEO of a wealth management firm, he focused on alternative non-correlated assets to enhance and stabilize returns for his clients.
Mark reputation today is as an active serial entrepreneur and he loves aiding others in creating quality business opportunities. Mark believes working with strong developers and partners leverages the expertise of each professional to meet or beat performance expectations.
Mark completed a BS in Economics and Accounting from Southern Connecticut State University and received an MBA from Northeastern University. He earned the coveted CFP and ADPA designations as an advisor to individuals and families for more than 30 years. His training at the Big 8 accounting firm Touche Ross provided, financial forecasting, tax and management expertise.
Mark splits his time between Pinehurst North Carolina and Yardley, PA with his fiancée Tina Powell. He has three children and four grandchildren and when not in the office you can find him on the golf course.
Claudia, Project Coordinator and Capital Markets Associate, manages all facets of the investor relationship and journey. She supports the CEO's efforts in capital raising, branding, and digital presence for the firm, while also overseeing key projects to enhance operational efficiency.
With a career in finance spanning over 16 years, Claudia began as a Client Service Associate at Beacon Wealth Management in 2006. Since 2012, she has diversified her experience, working in various roles within the financial services industry, primarily as a financial planning associate in New Jersey and California.
Claudia holds a BS in Financial Planning from William Paterson University. She is a Financial Paraplanner Qualified Professional and an Accredited Investment Fiduciary®.
Having spent most of her childhood in Italy, Claudia is fluent in Italian. Outside of work, she cherishes time spent with her niece, Brooke. Currently residing in San Diego, CA, Claudia is still deciding where to relocate with her fiancée, but wherever it is, she will assume responsibility for all corporate functions.
